Monday afternoon games time was the normally wonderfully engaging time.
The winners at contract bridge were no new comers to the winner’s circle: The brilliant and talented Carol Wallberg hit the high water mark with out pushing too hard to come up for air, got 4840 and her charming and skilled associate (Lou Lavallette) did the same by achieving 4010.
The cribbage players were hard at it as usual with some highly competitive playing with these results: Germaine Roy got the admirable low of 16 and Liz Wentworth(who most usually gets the low low) got the high high of 118 because she felt sorry for always beating the others. Good playing folks.
We surely hope to see you all again next Monday at 1:00 p.m. in the Rotary Hall of the Port Elgin Plex for another wonderfully competitive time trying to beat each other.
If you would like to have an exhilarating time with a bunch of charming people, come out and join our club or just come and play.
